The Waterford School District Lifetracks Program provides post-high school instruction for students between the ages of 18 and 26. The focus is on developing and expanding the skills students will need to reach their adult living goals as identified in their Individualized Education Programs and transition plans. Classes focus on increasing students' independence at home, in the community, and in the workplace. The vocational component prepares students for positions in volunteer work or paid competitive employment. As a whole, the Lifetracks Program promotes the personal growth of each student and encourages them to be productive members of their community.
