Dear Beaumont Families,

It is my pleasure to be a part of the Beaumont family and to serve the community as Beaumont’s principal. I have been a part of the Beaumont family for 10 years. 7 years as a teacher; teaching kindergarten, first and third grades and for the past 2 years as the building administrator. As a principal, my role is to help create the optimal learning environment, where all students will grow, succeed, feel happy and be safe.

Beaumont is a Franklin Covey, Leader in Me School. We have earned the highest honor from the Leader in Me community becoming the Midwest’s first Lighthouse School. This means that we are a beacon of light for other schools leading the way not only in leadership skills but also in learning. We believe that everyone has the potential to be a leader. Students take charge of their learning by using data, setting goals, and being proactive. We believe it is not only about the end result but how you get there. We believe in collaboration and working together from all stakeholders including students, parents, and teachers alike. We believe in our vision statement “Together We Lead!”

On a more personal note, I am married to my husband, Danny and have a 5 year old son, Keegan. We love spending time together camping, going to the beach and traveling. Most recently we have taken up going on family bike rides as Keegan has just mastered his “big boy” bike! I look forward to watch my son learn and grow at his elementary school as he will be a new Kindergarten student this year.

Please feel free to stop by and visit or contact me via email or phone at any time. Beaumont is an incredible place to learn with the most wonderful and supportive community or as we like to call it our Beaumont family. I am truly a very lucky principal!

Sincerely,

Jennifer Knipper
