Enrolling your student is easy! Simply follow the steps to complete the enrollment process:

Complete the Enrollment Form.
This is an online form used to send your information directly to Central Enrollment in preparation for your visit.

Additional Forms
If you are at Central Enrollment registering your child please ask for a copy of the two forms below. If you are at home registering your child please print each form below for the registration process. Please print and complete the following two forms and then proceed to the next step.

Collect the necessary information to bring with you to Central Enrollment. You will need to show you are a Waterford School District resident by providing:

Three (3) proofs of residency in total


     One (1) of the following is required

  • Purchase agreement stating occupancy or closing date.

  • Mortgage or Property Tax Statement.

  • Rental agreement with date of occupancy, names of all occupants, and name and phone number of manager for verification.

  • Residency Affidavit (if needed - must go to Central Enrollment office) 

(In addition to the above, a valid driver's license is required for identification)
 

Two (2) other proofs

  • At least one utility bill is required.

  • Other can be: payroll stub w/address, car insurance bill, credit card bill, bank statement, other as approved.

      Student Information

  • Original Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Record
